Clonleek Farm is a potato processing company based in the border counties of Ireland in County Monaghan. Established four years ago, the company saw an opportunity to develop a range of precooked cream based potato meal accompaniments for foodservice and the ready meals retail sector. There are at present four flavours in our range, which is due for further development. The company's new state of the art processing facilities have been custom designed around a unique production process.
